  If you know someone that needs Capital, we also offer a $200-$1,500 Finders Fee for all deals that get funded that are above $200,000

- $200,000 - $50,000,000 Corporate Loans. Asset Backed,

-No Credit Loans

-6 month  to   2 year loans

-Up to 70% LTV (Loan To Value)

Boats, Condos, Industrial, Yachts,Multi-Family, Warehouse, Aircraft, 1-4 Family, Retail, Investment, Fix & Flip, Rehab, Mixed Use, Office, New Construction
